On December 1st, music lovers and supporters of 30BG came to honor the late Ifeanyi Adeleke and Nigerian famous artist Davido.
Davido, who has avoided social media since the event that led to Ifeanyi’s terrible death, postponed all of his performances as well as the eagerly awaited AWAY music festival until 2023. Even Davido’s 30th birthday was not commemorated in any way.
Fans did, however, plan a performance for the 30BG leader to show their support and dedication to him.
A number of well-known musicians, including Bella Shmurda, Mayorkun, Peruzzi, Dremo, Zlatan Ibile, B-Red, and Bayanni, attended the free-for-all concert last night in Lagos.
The crowd was seen paying tribute to the late son of their favorite musician in videos from the event that were posted online. As a picture of Davido, Chioma, and their son Ifeanyi was displayed on a giant screen, the audience had their flashlights on.
