SHOCK AS KIDDWAYA IS EVICTED FROM BIG BROTHER LOCKDOWN HOUSE

Prince and Kiddwaya have been evicted from the Big Brother Naija lockdown house.

Prince, who is the current Mr Nigeria, is the 12th housemate to be evicted from the reality show. Kiddwaya, who is a fan favourite and son of Billionaire- Terry Waya, is the 13th housemate to leave the show. They were both up for eviction against Dorathy and Ozo. The past evicted housemates are Lilo, Ka3na, Eric, Tochi, Kaisha, Prince, Wathoni, Tolanibaj, Bight O and Lucy. Following their eviction, the house is left with eight housemates who are vying for the N85 million grand prize. With two weeks left to the end of the reality show, Trickytee, Dorathy, Vee, Laycon, Nengi, Ozo and Neo and are left to jostle for the grand prize.

The breakdown of the grand prize for BBNaija season five includes N30 million cash prize; a two-bedroom apartment courtesy Revolution Plus; a top of the range SUV from Nigerian automaker, Innoson Motors; a trip to Dublin courtesy Guinness; and home appliances courtesy Scanfrost. Others are a trip to Dubai packaged by Travelbeta; a year’s supply of Indomie noodles, Munch it, and Colgate toothpaste; a year’s supply of Pepsi, a branded chiller, trip to watch the UEFA Champions League finale; and a brand new Oppo mobile smartphone.

Kiddwaya, real name Terry Waya (a 27 year old), hails from Benue State in Nigeria. He prides himself as confident, good-looking, ambitious and highly motivated.

This eviction came as a huge surprise to everyone since; Kiddwaya has a lot of fans on social media rooting for him. His humble attitude drew people both inside and outside the house to him. This sudden eviction has brought a lot of fans in denial; people are asking what could have gone wrong?

Reactions from this eviction are wild. Some claim his Father, Terry Waya, was his undoing, using the boy to boost his long forgotten publicity. Others claim his reaction to Erica leaving was his undoing or He might have been cheated, while others have accepted it saying that he doesn’t necessarily need the money.

Among the housemates too, there is huge disbelief seeing as Kidd has mentioned earlier that he has a solid team and he won’t have any problems. The housemates ruminate on the weird fact that everyone that said they have a team has been evicted. They come to the conclusion that those that are in the house have ‘grace’.

When interviewed however, Big Brother Naija housemate, Kiddwaya, has said that other contestants voted him out because they felt he didn’t need the money. Kiddwaya said this to show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu after he was evicted on Sunday. “I feel they voted me out because they feel I don’t need the money. Maybe because our stories are different, they thought I shouldn’t be in the house.”

When asked about his relationship with former BBN housemate, Erica, Kiddwaya  said he is not sure if he will pursue a relationship with Erica. Kiddwaya told Ebuka after his eviction that Erica is more than a friend and he would not want to lose her. He said,”I am happy to be evicted. I miss the gym and my people.” Erica is more than a friend. She has my back, I don’t know if what we have is relationship or friendship. I do not know what I am open to yet. I just know I don’t want to lose her.” “I will wait till I go out then know my next step. My team is very hardworking so I know they have plans for me.”

Meanwhile his father, Terry Waya, has complained in the past about Erica not appreciating his efforts to meet with her. He reported that the actress hasn’t picked his calls.

We can’t wait to see what the ex-housemate has in store for his fans.
