The Social Democratic Party (SDP) has scheduled its national conference for May 28 to 30, 2022.
Chief Supo Shonibare, the party’s interim National Chairman, said this during a news conference in Abuja yesterday.
He stated the party’s ward and local government congresses would be held on May 19, and the state congresses on May 20.
On the party’s leadership turmoil, Shonibare said that “usurpers” who joined the party in 2018 conspired with some INEC officials to factionalize the party and render it ineffectual.
