English Football giants, Manchester United, defeated bitter rivals Liverpool FC, in Sunday’s FA Cup game at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils who won the tie 3-2, had fallen behind less than 20 minutes into the game; following Mo Salah’s early strike. However, United’s Mason Greenwood levelled the scoreline before the end of first half.
The home side took the lead three minutes after the restart when Marcus Rashford combined with Mason Greenwood for the second time in the match.
Liverpool fought back through Mo Salah’s second goal of the game. However, substitute Bruno Fernandes struck a thrilling free-kick twelve minutes from time to send Jurgen Klopp’s side crashing out.
Solskjaer’s men will now face West Ham in the FA Cup fifth round.
