Cameron Norrie Reaches Third Round Of Wimbledon

After defeating Juame Munar 6-4 3-6 5-7 6-0 6-2, British No. 1 Cameron Norrie overcame a significant scare to get to Wimbledon’s third round.

If the Spanish right-hander had kept his composure throughout an entertaining back-and-forth duel on Court One, the former doubles partners’ cordial relationship might have come to an end.

On the third day of the Championships, Norrie ensured that home players wouldn’t have any more hardship by recovering to win in five sets not long after Emma Raducanu had lost to Carolina Garcia next door in the second round.
