The meeting is aimed at creating an agenda for the party’s next move whilst reviewing it’s current position. This was made known in a formal invitation sent to members of APC NEC by the National Secretary of the Party’s Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, Senator John Akpanudoedehe.
The meeting is slated to hold at the Council Chamber, State House, Abuja by 11am on the stated date and will hold virtually.
The protocol for the meeting was also highlighted stating that login details will be sent to APC NEC members in due course so as to adhere to COVID-19 public health guidelines.
One would recall that the party had appointed the Yobe State Governor, Mala Buni earlier in June. His role was to spear-head a caretaker committee set-up to calm tensive nerves within the party and conduct a national convention to provide new leadership in six months.
